以去年的「純青 兵庫夢錦 生酛純米大吟釀」為基礎，挑戰把酒精度降至13%。經過在麴的強度和份量、蒸米的硬度及溫度上作岀改良，再加上不加水下發酵，在重視味道之間的平衡下終成功研究岀酒精度14.2%的清酒。
使用協會9號酵母，雖然沒有特別岀眾的地方，但生酛的輕快感，以及溫醇的酸味使這款酒的完成度很高。

Not indestructible

I bought & gave this toy to the dog 9/2/25 and this is what she did to it by 9/3/25. She is a stray pit lab mix, big dog, and I didn't think she was an aggressive chewer. Other people have said this toy lasted when others didn't, well this toy didn't last at all! At least she spit the pieces out. The same day I gave it to her she actually was starting to pull the little bumps off. Not sure if I will keep letting her play with it but she obviously needs something to chew on.
It is pretty hard and well made, a little flexible in the middle.
